5 High Schools, 50 Freshmen Leaders!

PAVE THE PATH JUMPSTART – originally launched in Fall 2020 as a partnership with Fort Wayne Community Schools – is an annual program made up of 50 humble, hungry, and smart freshmen who are introduced to the basics of leadership.

First held virtually in December 2020, and most recently in-person in December 2021, students attend a 1-day Jumpstart Leadership Conference featuring a Start Where You Are theme – focused on introductions to personal brand. Additionally, students meet monthly to explore unique leadership styles.
