We see a need in our community – a need to inspire young adults to Dream big, to Believe in themselves and their abilities, and to Do the hard things and not be afraid to take risks.

Since our launch in 2010, we have worked to fulfill this need through our mission:

Fostering confidence and growth in youth through immersive experiences in entrepreneurship, leadership, and the arts.
